Hi, I did see that successor guardian form. Is there a CLE or resource or is it in the statute that I can get to understand this process? Thanks again for holding my hand here. Mike

Hi Mike,
The new statute has eliminated the stand-by guardian but it is now possible to preemptively name the successor guardian and set the circumstances under which the successor can take over. 11.130.055. It is also possible for the guardian to delegate limited authority to an agent if necessary. 11.130.125. Perhaps one of these options will help your client.

Hi, In new Adult guardianship statute RCW 11.130 , I can not find an Order (mandatory form) for appointing a "Standby guardian". Does anyone know what form andor how to do this now?
