[WSBAPT] Cutting off claims of decedent's medical providers

Listmates,
Medical bills sometimes arrive many months after the death of a decedent. When representing a PR, is it a good practice to mail a Probate Notice to Creditors directly to the decedent's medical providers (or at least as many as can be discovered by the PR) to cut off their claims against the estate?

Sincerely,
Jon M. Fritzler
