Subject: [WSBAPT] Proposed PR a Felon?
Is there a definitive way to know if a client’s conviction (“spent a couple months in King County jail in the 80s”) was a felony, disqualifying them from serving as Personal Representative?

The client is not sure, and of course raised the issue when I presented the oath for signature.
