Listmates,

 

               I am in need of a referral to a CPA who has a business
practice for an out of state firm that does business here through three
affiliates.  The matter will involved filing monthly (likely) Washington
State Excise tax return.  I can help with the instructions.  One might think
that I would have a ready source of accountants, but truth is, at my age
anyone with any success let alone brains, myself included,  would have
peeled off a few years ago.  Thank you.
