Subject: [WSBAPT] Double Probate

I have a new matter where one spouse died 3 years ago, the other last month, and nothing was done until now.  This makes me think that a double probate is appropriate (Wills are identical and PR after the spouse is the son) so that the PR will have authority to handle both joint and separate accounts.

Question - what is the Caption? Estate of  Bob John Smith & Susan Jane Smith, Decedents?
