[WSBAPT] Who gets Copy of Trust Agreements

The answer probably is no, but read the trust agreement carefully, and then review the relevant statutes.

Take a look at RCW 11.98.072. Unless specifically waived in the trust agreement, there are notification requirements that apply to “qualified beneficiaries,” which are beneficiaries who are currently eligible to receive distributions. RCW 11.98.002. Qualified beneficiaries have a right to request information to enforce their rights under the trust, which could include copies of the trust agreement and amendments. RCW 11.98.072(2)(a)(iv).
