[WSBAPT] Receiver referral

Hello listmates, I am looking for referrals to someone willing to act as receiver to sell a mobile home and lot in Pierce County (total value $300k+). Owner of mobile home and ½ interest in the lot is deceased. I am handling that probate and will be petitioning for the receivership (due to various issues for discussion with the potential receiver) - Shannon
