[WSBAPT] Mismarked REET Supp Stmt

What is the effect of a mismarked REET Supplemental Statement, where the
grantor incorrectly marked "there is no debt" where there was in fact a
lien? Grantee is trying to sell and pay off the lien, and the title co is
wanting a new quit claim done, which is problematic as the grantor passed
away.
