I'm not sure this will go forward, but I'd like to line up some referrals in
advance if anyone is interested. Potential client is surviving spouse,
are/were Thurston County residents. Main purpose of the probate would be to
gain authority to sign a settlement of a wrongful death claim (small, less
than 6 figures). Not sure how much in actual assets to administer. DOD is
recent so probably will need a creditor claim process at least. Client would
need to be advised on responsibilities as PR in settling the personal injury
survivorship and wrongful death claims.

 

Any referrals, self-referrals, welcome, in Thurston County. Thanks!
