[WSBAPT] Referral - Commercial Tenant - Flooded merchandise during construction in adjacent space

Commercial retail tenant finds the majority of its merchandise damaged after the lessor hires a construction company to do work in the adjacent space.

PC will likely need assistance dealing with lessor and construction company.
