[WSBAPT] Trust Administration/Tax Refund Question

To clarify - it is IRS Form 1310 that she sent me with questions.

Also - this is about getting a REFUND, not owing anything extra.

I see it as the fact that this was an income tax refund, taxed from his
regular income (not the Trust) that the refund would not be a Trust asset.
Right?

As such, she is not going to be the beneficiary of such a refund since she
has no intestate connection to the Decedent/Trustor.
