[WSBAPT] When must a GAL be appointed for a minor beneficiary?

Decedent's Will makes a substantial bequest to a minor and instructs that it be placed in a UTMA account until the beneficiary is 25. The Will names the PR as the Custodian. Does the PR need to request that a GAL be appointed for the minor?
