[WSBAPT] Attorney William C. Ruthford

Does anyone know if Atty. William C. Ruthford of Bellevue is still practicing, or if retired, what may have happened with his practice and files?  It looks like he may have closed his practice around 2018-2022.  I'm trying to locate a copy of a trust document that he prepared.
