He would be a recommendation I would give.  I worked with him several years at Nilles Law Firm in Fargo.  He moved to Williston and opened his own firm (his hometown) a few years ahead of the big oil boom and has been there since.  I called his office and yes he does this type of work.  He is good lawyer with experience in many areas (including probate and real estate).

I had that issue several times over the years.  Don’t recall the county anymore, but all in North Dakota.

Hello List Members-

I need a referral to a North Dakota Probate / Real Estate lawyer for assistance with transferring mineral rights in a Washington probate.  The relevant rights are in Williams County / Williston area.  I'm unsure if there are any non-probate transfer methods available in ND, but we'd love to avoid having to open an ancillary probate there.  I will pass all referrals along to the PR here.
