[WSBAPT] Q: for Whatcom County Attorneys

Question for my Whatcom County Attorney friends:

I noticed Whatcom County Superior court has issued a notice requiring actual “blue-ink-type” signatures on pleadings, with a couple exceptions.  

What’s the back story on this?  I am guessing there was a problem with unsigned pleadings…
