[WSBAPT] WRAPPING UP PROBATE - deed property to surviving spouse

If you are in probate, a deed from the estate (Personal Representative) to the surviving spouse is probably best. At least this is how I handle it.

Hello Listmates:

I am wrapping up a probate matter where real property for the surviving spouse is involved. It is a Snohomish County matter. I would like to get the family home in the sole name of the surviving spouse. Is recording the death certificate with REETA at the Snohomish County Recorder's office sufficient or do I also need to also create a new Deed?
