[WSBAPT] Attorney Acting as PR (and attorney)

I have been asked (by another attorney) to open a probate, and act as PR,
for the estate of a person who has no known heirs (and who lived on the
streets for 20+ years).  Most of the monies, from injury claims, will go to
medical bills (after probate); but any residue, right now, goes to the
State.  In a case were assets will likely escheat to the State, should we be
calling the AG's office estate recovery people and offer them to act as PR?
