OK, one final favor - do you have such a form to send to Journal of Commerce?

thanks Bruce. Yes, one Judgement Creditor will take all net assets. the statutory beneficiaries are the PRs. Is there a way to Pet for Distribution and Final Accounting by Stipulation without the cost of a hearing and Publishing ?

Sounds insolvent if a creditor gets all of the assets. A Decl of Completion is only for solvent estates.

Hi,

Trying to close an Estate with a Stipulation so Judgement Creditor (who gets all net assets) can sign off and then just close with Dec of Completion and avoid the costs of an accounting. Advisable?

Thanks

Mike
