Sounds insolvent if a creditor gets all of the assets. A Decl of Completion is only for solvent estates.

Hi,
Trying to close an Estate with a Stipulation so Judgement Creditor (who gets all net assets) can sign off and then just close with Dec of Completion and avoid the costs of an accounting. Advisable?
Thanks
Mike
