I have a client who's step-mother is about to pass and his elderly father is going to need to get POA documents so that he can be assisted with life's documents, forms, payments, etc. after his wife passes.

My client is presently with his father in the Spokane area so I believe it would be something to happen in the immediate near future, if possible.
