[WSBAPT] TIC property/CP agreement

If it is titled as real property then it is real property and requires that formality.  If it is personal property it can be transferred by cpa easily, like a sofa, etc.

Roger - do you mean file it with the county? What if the MH is not titled as real property?

Married couple bought a mobile home with wife's mom. All three on title, so TIC. Married couple has a CP agreement. What happens when husband dies- how would you go about changing the title? Does the CP agreement avoid the need for a probate?
