[WSBAPT] TIC property/CP agreement

Married couple bought a mobile home with wife's mom. All three on title, so
TIC. Married couple has a CP agreement. What happens when husband dies- how
would you go about changing the title? Does the CP agreement avoid the need
for a probate?
