I hope the copyright gods will forgive me if that is relevant, but I see that I forwarded these to a couple of people previously. Use at your own risk and (to my understanding) be aware that practices vary (apparently quite a bit) county to county. So perhaps run your proposed document past relevant county assessor (tax records) and intended future title company officer -- and maybe the REETA past the treasurer if needed. (Or just fill out, file, and see what happens, ha ha!)

Hello Listmates,

Does anyone have a template for the Affidavit that accompanies the Death Certificate for a previously recorded Community Property Agreement that has not been rescinded?  Alternately, can someone point me in the direction of where I may go to find/create one of my own.
