[WSBAPT] Rejected Creditor's Claim - Counterclaim in PR Suit

Decedent's BF filed a probate CC for monies claimed owing for payments
towards Decedent's home mortgage.  Claim rejected and no separate lawsuit
filed within 30 days.  Prior to claim filing/rejection, PR brought a
separate ejectment action against BF to get control of, and sell, the home.
BF answered claiming superior title to the property.  However, no
counterclaim for monies due.  Can BF now amend answer to assert the claim
previously rejected in the probate proceeding.
