[WSBAPT] Probate for Wrongful Death Suit

Dear listmates,

I have been asked to open a probate for the sole purpose of allowing the PR to bring a wrongful death suit. There are no assets and no known debts. This is the first time I will open a probate for this purpose, and I'd like to talk to someone who has been through the process before. Is there anyone who is willing to share their wisdom? Thanks!
