I am looking for an referral for a probate attorney who has experience with
(or willingness/ability to get up to speed on) the following issues:

Probating a translated Will,
Coordinating with a probate in another country, and
Setting up accounts or trusts for disabled adults overseas

There is some urgency to access U.S. assets to support disabled family
members.
