[WSBAPT] King County Ex-Parte Payment Vendor Issue

Since yesterday afternoon, I have encountered a "Payment Error" while
trying to use the Ex-Parte via the Clerk function. Has anyone else
encountered this? I have reached out to the County to see if there is a
problem.
