I don’t know of a court case about that; but I would analogize to a tort claim, i.e. three year sol.

Is there a deadline for filing a Petition to have an heir disinherited as a financial abuser?  Estate has been open for four years and heir has recently received word that the Personal Representative may seek to have him disinherited as a financial abuser.

Any ideas are appreciated.
