Diane : we just finished a Washington probate for a Washington resident who died in BC, having some assets in both counties.  And I was born in Canada and speak Canadian fluently😊

Good Friday Morning,

PC father’s died in Kelowna BC and possible US investment.  I have done just a couple of cross boarder probates where I work with local counsel in the particular providence but thought for this client I would ask if any of you out there do cross boarder probate work or maybe have a connection in Kelowna.

Based on the very little information, I don’t believe a US probate will be required.
