[WSBAPT] Estate Planning referral - El Paso TX

I have a longtime EP client, an elderly African-American woman, who recently moved her domicile to El Paso TX and is "having trouble," as she puts it, getting a call back from any El Paso EP lawyers. She just wants to change her current will. Does anyone have a potential referral there who might be able to help?
