[WSBAPT] Probate Petition Masthead

Yes. I've had captions with 4 AKAs. Works fine.

Subject: [WSBAPT] Probate Petition Masthead

Listmates, decedent went by and used one name (driver's license, bank accounts, loans, etc.) but had a different legal name.  What do I put on the probate petition masthead?  "In Re: [legal name] (aka[used name])"?  I'm afraid that if I just use the legal name in the masthead, the banks will all say "WHOOOOO??"
