Greetings -
I have a client who is PR of her friend's estate. She has a substantial creditor's claim against the estate, which is solvent. If I represent her as the PR, can I also represent her in submitting her claim? I know there are specific procedures for PR claims in RCW 11.40.140.
Thanks,
Sharon
