[WSBAPT] IRS - Frustration Level HIGH!!!

I am having issues with getting transcripts via phone – but I haven’t had time to stop and try another way…..I’m sure my client will call any day wondering what is up!  Maybe today’s the day……

I have had similar issues. Fastest way around is to do a fax filing.

I call and work my way through the phone tree. Then it tells me, “We’re too busy, call back another day.” WTF?
Anyone else experiencing this issue? Any suggested solutions?
