[WSBAPT] IRS - Frustration Level HIGH!!!

So, I went to apply for an EIN for my latest estate filing. I go through the entire online application and hit Submit. Error code 101. Of course, I try another 4 or 5 times just to see if I can get it to go - Nope....  So then I call the # on the error message - 1-800-DoNotCallUs
I call and work my way through the phone tree. Then it tells me, "We're too busy, call back another day." WTF?
Anyone else experiencing this issue? Any suggested solutions?
