I can second that endorsement.

I’ve used Howard for more than a dozen appeals over the last 20 years.  Also Valerie and Ian as newer partners.

I also consult with Howard prior to trying an estate cases going to trial  for tips on creating a good record for potential appeal.

Can anyone recommend an attorney for a direct appeal in a probate case where a judge’s ruling is way out in left field, and I mean egregiously out in left field, perhaps the worst you’ve ever seen?
