[WSBAPT] Referral for Probate Action in Kitsap County

Listmates,

Potential Client has a rather unique case in which her relative in Kitsap County passed away and a stranger has got himself appointed as PR for her relative and has moved into the real property that her relative left behind.  It is not a squatter situation and she would like to be in control so she wants to replace existing PR.  Stranger has no title and is NOT a beneficiary of decedent's estate but may have recognized an opportunity to try to get real property for a price that stranger could control. Accordingly, PC needs a referral for probate attorney in Kitsap County. All referrals will be provided to client.
