[WSBAPT] Amending Letters Testamentary

Unless it is the clerk's mistake, the letters must match the order and the oath. You probably need a motion and order updating to correct, as well as a new oath to match.

Initial Letters Testamentary include the misspelled name of the appointed Personal Representative.  Can one just file "Amended Letters" that the clerk will complete, and reissue, without doing a separate motion?
