[WSBAPT] Messenger Service Recommendations Needed

For many years we used ABC Legal for our regular messenger route needs.  Since they stopped that service last spring we have been using another local company and have been very unhappy with the service.  We are looking to switch companies at this point.  Has anyone used Halo or any other messenger services that they would recommend in the Seattle/Ballard area.  We primarily need service to King County courts, King County recorder, Snohomish county courts and Snohomish County recorder.
