[WSBAPT] Letters - Basic Question

Ditto - I think it just means that Will was presented in opening documents for Letters of Admin with Will Annexed.  Here in Spokane they issue those where you have a Will but the person applying for PR position is not named in that Will.

I've never seen them like that; they've always just been the one page document. My impression is that it means legally associated rather than physically attached.

RCW 11.28.100 "Letters of administration with the will annexed shall be in substantially the same form as provided for letters testamentary."

So do Letters of Administration with Will Annexed actually have a copy of the Will attached to the Letters?
