I asked my paralegal to obtain information and pricing about Wealth Counsel and Fore, which is merging all clients to ADAPT and no longer selling their product.  She came through with a one-page information sheet for me.

Hello Listmates,



My long-term estate planning software program, Foretrust, has turned into a monthly subscription plan with (apparently) lots of problems.  And we would prefer not to pay for a monthly subscription, just a software program with yearly updates.  We need a plan that has all 50 states..  Any referrals for a decent company that provides basic document drafting plus irrevocable trusts?



Thanks for any thoughts, and apologies if this has been discussed recently; I don’t remember if so.
