First, apologies to those who get this from two different lists.

I have a client who is a small business owner, a short haul trucker (takes the cargo off the ship at the port and delivers it to a land-based staging area).  One of his trucks had some issues, he took it to an authorized servicer who spent nearly $35,000 on "repairs" that did not fix the problem.

He would like to speak with someone who can talk about whether this is an acceptable practice or not.
