[WSBAPT] Referral enforcement of non compete agreement

I have client  (employer)that need to consult with attorney on non compete non solicitation and trade secret customer list issues with former  employee  who signed agreement as condition of employment  has left and is in violaton of agreement I have made him aware of RCW49.62 any referrals would be appreciated
