[WSBAPT] RCW 11.40.051(1)(c)

Listmates:

 

PC's parent died over two years ago.  DSHS apparently had a substantial
claim, and threatened to file a lien against decedent's home.  It did not.
If a probate is started now, over two years after death, does RCW
11.40.051(1)C bar DSHS from collecting?
