Civil--I think a replevin action under Oregon law, probably in the county where the truck is. I don't know if Oregon has an equivalent statute to Ch. 7.64 RCW, but I assume they would.

Criminal--Also could file a theft complaint with the police in Washington, and maybe also in Oregon? Not that that would get the truck back necessarily. Might just get it impounded as evidence.

Decedent passed in Washington, where he lived.  Probate started here.   GF took his truck to Oregon and refuses to return it.  What is the process to recover it?  Your help would be appreciated.
