[WSBAPT] Funding credit trust based on Applicable Exclusion Amount

The federal unified credit (applicable exclusion amount) is now $12,060,000.  I don't think it was ever $11,250,000.

Most formulas used to fund a credit trust reference the federal estate tax.  Since the federal "credit" is now $11.25 million, have any of you dropped reference to the federal tax and simply base the funding formula on the then applicable exclusion amount?
