[WSBAPT] personal property valuation

Hello All,

Does any one have an estate sales person in Ritzville or Spokane area  that could just provide some value of estate assets (not many items and likely not worth a lot but family members don't really have a trust for my client PR so we are doing everything by the book)?  I understand there would be a fee......
