[WSBAPT] Procedure to remove PR under RCW 11.68.070 (and RCW 11.28.250)

Listmates,

 

It appears that RCW 11.68.070 was significantly amended in 2021.  Have any
of you removed a PR under this, and related provisions?  It forces you to go
under TEDRA.  So do we now do a petition, with a summons, on 20 days'
notice, or can we still do it by motion?
