[WSBAPT] Can a Convicted Felon Act as An Agent under a DPOA

Listmates,

 

I glanced over the new Power of Attorney Law, but did not spot any
prohibition, like that in the probate code, barring a convicted felon from
serving as an Agent.  Have any of you run into this situation.
