[WSBAPT] Referral Needed: Claim Against Moving Company

Apologies for those receiving this on both list servs.

Seeking an attorney who has experience with claims against a moving
company.  A couple from Washington had moved to Tennessee. The moving
company had entered into an agreement and has now unilaterally backed out
saying they will execute the agreement for an additional $10,000.

I advised that this involves an area of law where I cannot even begin to
know the various rules, regulations, statutes, and claims. Advised I would
send this to the broader legal community and will pass along all referrals
tomorrow (6/30/2022) at 10:00 a.m. PDT.
