[WSBAPT] missing but named intestate heirs for small probated estates

Dear list mates, does anyone have a suggestion how to deal with the issue that family members know and have informed the personal representative that certain people are heirs of the decedent but they cannot be located by the use of reasonable means?  The estate shares of these people would be quite small, in the range of $100 or so.  Thank you.  Yours truly, Doug Owens
